implementation evaluation control

My strategy is easy,
try and make a bond with the customers make talk to them and educate them on my vodka and make them really want it.
show them that my vodka might be like others but its a bit better just by the little differences that it has compared to others vodkas  make them see that their money isnt being waisted,
that its actually being put to good use, that the money that they are spending on my vodka is "money well spent."
“A company can divide sales responsibilities along any of several lines. The structure decision is simple if the company sells only one product line to one industry with customers in many locations. In that case the company would use a territorial sales force structure.”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page416 and communicate with them through social media and ask them questions like how could i make my vodka better?
what flavors would they like to see be made,
if the bottle big enough should i make it smaller or should i make it bigger.
You know just interact with them,
make them feel like they have a say in the product that i put out,
make them know and understand that they two have a voice and that i will take everything that they tell me into consideration and probably make it happen .
make them really just feel connected to you and the product“In many cases, the move to team selling mirrors similar changes in customers’ buying organizations. ( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page420)

Price

The price of my Vodka is going to be in the $20-$25 price range because i differently don't want it to be super pricey because it isnt going to be the best vodka on the market but it is a good one.
What i intend people to do when they see my Vodka bottle and think "wow thats a nice bottle." and want to spend the $25 because of how nice it looks.
because it is such a nice looking bottle im hoping that what people will like to see, the aesthetic of the bottle is what im hoping people will really enjoy looking at and will spend the money to see and have it.
“cutting prices is often not the best answer. Reducing prices unnecessarily can lead to lost profits and damaging price wars. It can cheapen a brand by signaling to customers that the price is more important than the customer value a brand delivers. Instead, no matter what the state of the economy, companies should sell value, not price.”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page274) a good price for a good bottle and a good enough vodka, like i said it isnt going to be the best one on the market but it will be a good one.
the taste will be good enough to be the price that it is. “marketing research gives marketers insights into customer motivations, purchase behavior, and satisfaction. It can help them to assess market potential and market share or to measure the effectiveness of pricing, product, distribution, and promotion activities.”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page106)

Promotion

Promoting it will be pretty easy,
ill try and get it sponsored by youtube, so that whenever you are on youtube and you click on a video and the commercial come out it will be about my vodka.
try to get a billboard on the high way so that when you are just driving by you will see it and maybe want to purchase it.Sales promotions are usually used together with advertising, personal selling, direct marketing, or other promotion mix tools. Consumer promotions must usually be advertised and can add excitement and pulling power to ads” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 432. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online). it will be in a nice bottle so it will definitely stand out among the other bottles that it is around.“Promotional pricing, however, can have adverse effects. Used too frequently and copied by competitors, price promotions can create “deal-prone” customers who wait until brands go on sale before buying them. Or, constantly reduced prices can erode a brand’s value in the eyes of customers. Marketers sometimes become addicted to promotional pricing, especially in difficult economic times. They use price promotions as a quick fix instead of sweating through the difficult process of developing effective longer-term strategies for building their brands.”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Pages294)try to promote my vodka on tv so that it will catch peoples attentions,
or try and get a commercial   on the super bowl so that poeple know that my drink is now in the market and ready to be sold and have people want it and would want to have it and want to taste it.  “Sales promotion includes a wide variety of promotion tools designed to stimulate earlier or stronger market response” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 431. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online).

distribution

The way that it will be distributed is that it will come with only one, but you could buy
them in twos threes or fours.
so that you could buy the three or four pack of X vodka for a big family gathering,
or a two pack or just the one for the small family get together or if you and the girls just want to drink and gossip,
“Producing a product or service and making it available to buyers requires building relationships not just with customers, but also with key suppliers and resellers in the company’s supply chainThey try to forge a set of interdependent organizations that help make a product or service available for use or consumption by the consumer or business user” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 310/311. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online). will also come in other colors and flavors
the bottles could also be found in other colors and designs.
or at least that is what im attending to do.
“Companies can design their distribution channels to make products and services available to customers in different ways” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 313. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online).

Product

The product is a semi elegant vodka not on the expensive side, the name of the vodka is going to be X, its going to have imported water from greenland that is boiled to extreme heats for perfection, and has a scent of like a fruity garden.
its going to be on the $20-$30 price range.“Satisfied customers buy again and tell others about their good experiences. Dissatisfied customers often switch to competitors and disparage the product to others.”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-page7)it will have a nicely detailed bottle the bottle it self will be all black and the X on the bottle will be slightly elevated so that it will stand out and will be outlined by fake diamonds.
and the bottle will have fake diamonds going around it to make it flashy and have a more feminine appeal to it.
the vodka it self will be clear like all vodkas but you could also purchase other colors.“A brand, product, or service is more than just a physical thing. Humans that connect with the brand add meaning and value to it,” says one marketing executive. Successfully managing the customer experience is the ultimate goal, adds another” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 209. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online).

marketing Mix

The way we can influence the people to want to purchase my vodka is the same way that the others do it,
make the customers feel like if they are buying my vodka they will feel important and they would believe that they have made a great choice in buying my vodka.
make them feel like they have to buy it because its a must have.
make them feel like their money isn't being waisted , "money well spent."
make the customer feel like this is a must have vodka.
If the person has a vodka collection as most people do, make them want to buy this vodka because it will make their collection bigger and better just because of the deign and the taste.
Make the customer really believe that they need and that they should have this vodka because its a one of a kind.

Target Marketing strategy

“Some people think of marketing management as finding as many customers as possible and increasing demand. But marketing managers know that they cannot serve all customers in every way. By trying to serve all customers, they may not serve any customers well. Instead, the company wants to select only customers that it can serve well and profitably.”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page9) strategy is easy, just make them believe that they need and should have my vodka,
buy the beautiful look of the bottle or even simply the taste of the vodka.

Make them really want to have it, I would offer a wide verity of different bottle colors and bottle designs and flavors but its all just still simply vodka.
make them feel like this is a must have vodka because it would look nice when you pull it out during a dinner party, or just because the bottle it self would look amazing just to have sitting on your kitchen counter. The marketing management philosophy that holds that achieving organizational goals depends on knowing the needs and wants of target markets and delivering the desired satisfactions better than competitors do” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 10. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online).the bottle is designed for women so men could buy it for their wives for just a nice at home candle lit dinner.  “The company first gains a full understanding of the marketplace by researching customer needs and managing marketing information. It then designs a customer-driven marketing strategy based on the answers to two simple questions. The first question is “What consumers will we serve?” (market segmentation and targeting)”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page30)

situation not SWOT analysis

I think my vodka would be a bit successful among the women and thats a strength  because women gossip and if they like it they will always have one bottle at home,
and when they have friends over they will bring out my vodka and share it with their friends and than they will ask that that is and they will say what it is whos it buy and where they bought it and say they price and be happy by doing it.“Opportunities are favorable factors or trends in the external environment that the company may be able to exploit to its advantage. And threats are unfavorable external factors or trends that may present challenges to performance” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 54. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online).my weakness in this is that it is more of a feminine bottle so it will be targeted to women and that will make a huge part of the men not want to buy it or want to drink it because it will be more of a women drink, which is bad because men are most likely to buy alcohol than women are so that could really end up hurting me.“Managing the marketing function begins with a complete analysis of the company’s situation. The marketer should conduct a SWOT analysis, by which it evaluates the company’s overall strengths (S), weaknesses (W), opportunities (O), and threats (T)” (Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page54)On the upside to that is that because it is a womens drink the women will most likely tell their boyfriends or husbands to buy it for them and the men being well men will go out and buy them the drink because its what their ladies want.
so my situation isnt to bad its simply the matter of how many women will actually end up liking my drink and like it enough to ask their men to buy the drink.
or if it will be worth it enough for the women to tell their frineds about it and say "you need to buy this."“Managing the marketing function begins with a complete analysis of the company’s situation. The company should analyze its markets and marketing environment to find attractive opportunities and identify environmental threats” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 54/56. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online).Other than those thing i think i will be on the clear and be okay and they will enjoy my drink“Planning good strategies is only a start toward successful marketing. A brilliant marketing strategy counts for little if the company fails to implement it properly.(Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page56)

objectives

The objective is that i want as many people to buy my product and really enjoy it and would want to actually drink it and will enjoy every sip that they take.
That they will enjoy the bottle and want to go and buy more bottles to have for how cute the bottle will be.More companies today are partnering with the other members of the supply chain—suppliers, distributors, and, ultimately, customers—to improve the performance of the customer value delivery network” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 48. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online). The drink is going to be a very nice settle drink nothing crazy or over the top just your usual bottle of vodka, just something you can run down to the store and buy at.“The company needs to turn its mission into detailed supporting objectives for each level of management. Each manager should have objectives and be responsible for reaching them.”(Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page40) Have people actually go and buy it and want to drink it and love drinking it.
I want people drink my drink and know that it is X that they are drinking,
i want it to be something special and have them just fall in love with it“Consumers stand in the center. The goal is to create value for customers and build profitable customer relationships. Next comes marketing strategy—the marketing logic by which the company hopes to create this customer value and achieve these profitable relationships. The company decides which customers it will serve (segmentation and targeting) and how (differentiation and positioning). It identifies the total market, then divides it into smaller segments, selects the most promising segments, and focuses on serving and satisfying the customers in these segments.”(Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing-Page49)

week 8 EOC : Business Mission Statement

The goal of my vodka is that everyone knows what it is,
to have them drink it and go "OH that X" because than you know when you have made it when people actually know what they are drinking and that they know that it is your drink."They include basic physical needs for food, clothing, warmth, and safety; social needs for belonging and affection; and individual needs for knowledge and self-expression. These needs were not created by marketers; they are a basic part of the human makeup” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 6. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online). To want people go and buy it and want to buy it because they like the drink so much and they like the bottle because the bottle is nice and its one of a kind and i know people will actually appreciate that.“An organization exists to accomplish something, and this purpose should be clearly stated. Forging a sound mission begins with the following questions: What is our business? Who is the customer? What do consumers value? What should our business be?”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing- Page39)Because it is such a unique bottle i know people might end up thinking that it had a different taste of what it really is,
honestly it is just normal vodka nothing special to it, its just vodka but who doesn't like vodka.
Just good plain original vodka.“Guided by the company’s mission statement and objectives, management now must plan its business portfolio—the collection of businesses and products that make up the company.”( Armstrong & Kotler (2011). Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Ed. Prentice Hall Publishing- Page 42)an expensive taste for an affordable price."They include basic physical needs for food, clothing, warmth, and safety; social needs for belonging and affection; and individual needs for knowledge and self-expression. These needs were not created by marketers; they are a basic part of the human makeup” (Armstrong, Gary, Philip Kotler. Marketing: An Introduction, 10th Edition. Pg. 6. Pearson Learning Solutions, 01/2010. VitalSource Bookshelf Online).

week 7 EOC :The Pitch

My vodka bottle is going to be named "X" its not going to be an expensive vodka more along the lines of the $20-$30 price range, not an expensive bottle.
The use of it will be more for like small get togethers

The vodka it self will have imported water from greenland and boiled to extreme heat for a perfect taste, it will have a scent of a blackberry. the vodka it self will have a very sweet taste almost like fruit punch in a way.
it will be in a regular bottle nothing to fancy,
the bottle it self will have fake little diamonds on it to give it a more feminine appeal, the bottle will always be all black.
like i said before the vodka will be for small get togethers or like dinner parties nothing to crazy,
its not the most expensive looking bottle and definitely not the most expensive tasting  but it is a very elegant vodka and will look very nice when you take it over to someone as a home welcoming present.
its a nice bottle and a good tasting vodka.

Week 5 EOC: Social Networks and Job Hunting

Social networking is a great way to get your product out there and to show the people on social media what you have to offer. and the stuff that you want to show.
Using Facebook is a common thing to use now to sell your product because you know that a lot of people are on FaceBook and if your ad pops up in the suggestions square they will most likely end up clicking and going threw other things that you have to sell so not only will the person be looking at that one thing that caught their eye to begin with but now they will also be looking at everything else that you have sell, which might lead them into buying something else while they are ad it.
People have also found other ways to sell their products on social media using twitter, instagram, tumblr ect.
In my own personal opinion that is a very smart idea because there are so many people on social media that go onto it just to find stuff to buy and or are just online to shop and they go to social media to find places online to shop, but the most common social app that people use for that is FaceBook,
or at least thats the one that i think is the most common to use to find stuff to shop in.
People go to social media to find new places to shop because they know that they will find a new store or new location or whatever to buy stuff and they will find places that they know that they will love and if they dont find it in one place that there will be like 500 other places exactly like it.

Week 4 EOC: Superbowl commercials

all the commercials had something to say the one that really caught my attention was the prises 1 car,
saying basically that it is an amazing car showing us the viewers what is so great about the car and why we need it in our lives and its fast that its quite that is worth stealing.
its a good looking car from what the commercial tired to explain and it did what it was suppose to do it did make the car look like an amazing car which a lot of people might actually go buy this car because the commercial did look amazing.
and the other one about being addicted to pain killers one instead of trying to help these people and getting them help and telling them to go to their doctors and get help by saying that they are addicted they get a commercial.
so the commercials were amazing but some of them threw me off just a little.

Week 4 EOC: apple cult

people who are loyal to apple will most likely always be loyal to apple because of how amazing you get treated when you go into apple,
you will never want to leave empty handed because the apple workers make everything at the apple store just seem so amazing that you will want to buy just about everything.
apple is basically creating a cult of trusted followers buying all the new latest  technology and everyone who is a trusted follower for the apple store will buy almost all new stuff coming out and will continue to that until well apple runs out of ideas and let be honest they probably will never happen so apple followers will continue to grow.

Week 2 EOC :Dow Jones has the swoosh

many of us dont even think about what a day would be like if we didnt have shoes in all honesty i dont even think that any of us have actually sat down and thought about how important shoes are other than to look good, they keep our feet safe from the hot, cold, wet, rocky floor, toms created this amazing thing that when we buy a pair of toms not only are we buying some for ourselves but we are buying some for a child in africa who doesnt have shoes, so despite if you know that you are helping or not you are.
Toms is one of many companies that dont keep any of the profit to and for themselves they give it all away to a charity.
its just very important to do that because it helps people who have a lot less than we do.

Week 4 EOC :5 Understanding Consumer and Business Buyer Behavior

Understanding how your customer shops is every important to know and see and notice.
you don't want to bring the shopper something neon pink when they are looking for colors such as black, because then they will feel uncomfortable, and you definitely  do not want that .
also look at their facial expressions when they see some type of what ever they are looking at if they don't make a pleased looking face you probably shouldn't show them more things that look like that.
just noticing the little things will make you seem like a better worker and the shopper will leave the store so much happier knowing they that were helped amazingly and that they are going to love they thing that they bought because its going to be something that they love.
so just seeing and understanding how the shopper is shopping will make them feel aout better about what they bought and you will also look a lot better with your boss.

Week 3 EOC: Making Money for Good

trying to find out information from your customers to see what they might like and see the stuff that they are into,
so that they see that you really care about them being there and that they are a priority to you, will make them always come back and feel wanted at that store which will make them a loyal customer.
finding out information also could get you to seem as a better worker to your manager and its could get you into a better position,
like in the audio the worker was trying to find out stuff about the customer without to being straight forward about it so it made the worker seemed interested, and will make the customer feel alot better about shopping there.

Week 1 EOC: My Voice

As a fashion icon to be but formal college student at AI in the fashion retail and management program, I will dedicate my time in and out of college to be a successful fashion manager.
I like to say that i bring a different view to the fashion world I see fashion in a different light, I believe that everyone has fashion maybe most of is won’t view it as so but we all have it.
I know that  there are a few fashion rules that we have to follow but i don’t believe in these rules I know that fashion comes different to everyone,
fashion is something that you can make your own not copy from someone else.
I plan on using everything that i learn here at AI in my future company and future projects that I plan to do.
I live for a quote that coco channel once said that quote is “If you want to be original be prepared to be copied.”

I know that this experience is going to be hard and it will challenge me to do stuff that i normally wouldn’t picture myself doing but i will look past everything that seems to be hard and look into a better future.

Week 1 EOC, Great customer experiences

The best experience that i had as a customer was when I went to Forever 21 the people were so  incredibly  nice and they were so patient with me and didn’t seem to get annoyed with me and they followed me around the store so they can help me with literally everything that i needed help with they were just being so polite and they didn’t complain.
The workers were so amazing to me and they helped me look for everything i was asking for, if i wasn’t sure of the name of something they knew exactly what i was looking for and they weren’t being lazy about what they were doing they did everything really fast and with a big smile on their face.
i very much enjoyed my  experience at the fashion show mall forever 21 they were super polite super friendly and just over all amazing.
The worst experience that i had at a store was at the apple store when i was trying to purchase my iPhone,
at the time the iPhone 6 was barely being released and it was all the rage and i obviously wanted to have one of my own so i went to the apple store at the summerly mall and i was waiting for someone to help me, the funny part that the one day that i actually go into an apple store and plan on buying something no one helped me and when i finally got help they were being just so rude and inpatient and in all honesty he looked like he could careless about my needs and what i wanted and how i felt as a customer.
The apple guy brought me the wrong iPhone literally 3 times and i was getting so annoyed and aggravated,

so when he finally brought me the correct iPhone with the correct amount of gb i preceded  to check out and that was even worse they didn’t want to let me pay for it without parent permission they didn’t believe that i had that kind of money on me to buy such a pricey phone so at the end i was just feed up i handed the money in cash and bought a phone case and just walked away i was so annoyed never again will i go there such a waist of my time and that was my best and worst experience  as a customer.
